7th Anniversary Celebration!

Actors of the Anniversary Play: "To be an indigenous child is a fault?"

Well, we had a great time, celebrating the 7th anniversary for 7 days. It took that long for everyone to cook, act, dance, sing, and play music to their heartīs content.

25% of the sales from the closing night dinner were donated to the "Melel Xojobal" project in San Cristobal. This is a center for street children, whose parents have been either expulsed from their communities for religious reasons, or displaced by political conflicts in their villages.

Stela & Davie sang a beautiful selection of Latin American tunes.

Juan Luis Negrete sang his original compositions in the Trova Cubana style.

Stela & Davie, besides singing, cooked us up an outrageous Kung-Pao Seitan dinner, with Egg rolls, Miso soup, and Sesame Noodles! WOW! Everyone was happy, happy!
