This Casa del Pan, the second to open, was inaugurated on July 4th 1993, with
a harmonic healing concert and a gourmet vegetarian meal. It has since grown into a
world-class Mexican and international vegetarian restaurant and whole
grain bakery, utilizing locally- grown organic
ingredients. Live music is offered every night, at no extra charge, and there are Mayan weavings, Chiapas ambar jewelry, fine art, gifts, books, compact discs, and cards available in our unique gift shop!
