This is one of Kippy´s favorite discs: Bosa Nova on trumpet & guitar.

Rolando Torikian who played for four years in La Casa del Pan, San Cristobal, is the author of this CD. He is of British and Turkish origins and practices Mexican Shamanism in London and on a farm in Surrey. He was trained in this tradition by a gifted young Mexican Shaman in Chiapas over the course of several years.

On this disc, Roland interprets on his trumpet the greatest of Brazilian Bossa Nova tradition, with his composition and buoyant energy of an inspired and powerful healer. He is accompanied by the brilliant guitar of Dave Perry, of Welsh descent, and on one track, by San Cristobal guitarist Roberto Corroy.
